Marlena Raymond Research Associate Centre for Workplace Leadership Marlena Raymond has been a research associate with the Centre for Workplace Leadership since 2016, and was involved in the centre's disability research project exploring best practice for reasonable adjustments in the workplace on the basis of disability. She is passionate about enabling full and equal participation of all people in society and promoting participatory research methods and self-determination. She is currently undertaking a Judge's Associateship and completing a legal research paper on Australia's legislative standards around reasonable adjustments in the workplace.
